I wanna be a hippie, but I forgot how to love

My final major project research has finally been inspired and is coming along nicely, my slightly obsessive interest in music subcultures has not only influenced my dissertation but also my final film. Hippies have clinched the deal for me, and Cornish hippies at that. I was told to go to the LCC library (now we know where all the money in our uni goes by the way) and sit for a day taking pictures of the images that inspire me. This has by far been the best thing I could do and the 1969 Woodstock festival images inspired me to look into British hippie communities. It turns out there are tons, including one in my very home town of Bodmin! While I get stuck in to hippy community research have these are a few of the images that got me to where I am now. Thank god for hippies!

Zooey Deschanel Vs Katy Perry

The first time I watched 500 days of summer I had to keep reminding myself that I wasn't watching Katy Perry run about in IKEA, when I took more of an interest in her I realised they may have many similarities, looks and musical talent to name a few, but they are infact very different. Personally Zooeys understated quirky charm wins over Katy's current interest in porn for children. These images are worth a look non-the-less!
